Bookings

Coaching Champions offer an online booking service for After School Clubs and Holiday Sports Camps. Once the booking form has been completed and submitted, your child will be successfully enrolled on the course. In the event that Coaching Champions has to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers, parents / guardians will be notified at least 48 hours before the event and a full refund will be issued. Coaching Champions cannot be held responsible for any injury caused whilst travelling to and from our events, or any injuries which may occur whilst participating in a contact sport such as football, hockey, rugby etc. Coaching Champions cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst in attendance on, or travelling to or from one of our events.

Refunds

In the event that a refund is due or requested please note there is a 50p transaction fee that will be taken off of the total refund.

Nerf ​​

• Participants MUST wear safety goggles provided when taking part.

• We can NOT be held responsible for any injuries that may take place when hiring our equipment.

• All players must listen to the safety marshals at all times.

• All rules will be explained at the beginning.

• Players must follow rules from the marshals.

• Children must be at least 6 years of age to play.

• Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advanced to receive a refund.

Medical Information

Coaching Champions must be made aware by the parent / guardian of any medical condition that their child may have in writing before the event.

All medical injuries will be taken care of by our camp manager or a primary lead who are all first aid trained. All medical injuries will be noted in our first aid log noting down all details of the injury and treatment that was given.

 

Parents/careers will be notified of any injuries that we have dealt with. Children should report any injuries to a member of staff immediately. Coaching Champions can not be held liable for any injuries that are not reported.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place.

All Coaching Champion coaches hold a current emergency first aid certificate issued by an appropriate body. For safety reasons it is compulsory for all children to wear shin pads when taking part in football / hockey.

Please note it is the parents / carers' responsibility to make sure their child/children have the correct equipment (i.e. shin pads) to take take part in all activities. Coaching Champions take no responsibility for children not having the correct equipment.

Film / Photography

Coaching Champions may from time to time take promotional photo / film for Promotional literature. Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be included in promotional photos / film must make Coaching Champions aware.

Personal Property

Coaching Champions cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Key Sports event.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children. It is the parent / guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and / or available for their child for the activity provided and for changeable weather conditions.

Liability

In the unlikely event that a child is injured on one of our events, parental consent is given to Coaching Champions to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary or to transfer the child to hospital if deemed necessary. In this event, all attempts to contact parents / guardians will be made using the contact numbers provided.

Data Protection

Any personal information provided to Coaching Champions ie, names, addresses etc will be stored in a safe place.

Complaints

In the event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please notify a member of staff at the event or make contact via email at Bookings@coaching-champions.com and your concern will be dealt with promptly.

Privacy Policy

Coaching Champions is dedicated to the values of data protection and the business will follow the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 throughout. Coaching Champions is very respectful of all personal data you provide us with. The information we gather from you is to enable us to collate registers for After School Clubs and Holiday Courses. Coaching Champions do not pass any of your personal information onto third parties. We hold the contact details for all the children’s parents / guardians in case of emergencies and will be kept on our files for approx. 14 days after the event. Information transferred over the internet is insecure, therefore Coaching Champions cannot be held responsible for the security of data sent over the internet.
